Love when that happens.

Yes, I am a real stickler for customer service because in my experience people like to buy from people, not from faceless corporations.

When is the last time someone thanked you for your business (and meant it)? It is so easy to do yet businesses fail at this all the time. Don't they know the customer has so many choices as to where they could spend their hard earned money?

We certainly know and we appreciate and value our customers. A happy customer is also our best form of advertising and "word of mom" is very powerful either for or againist your company, product or service.

Thanks again for rambling about Raspberry Kids Tracey! We really appreciate it.

Sue
--
Sue Sinclair, Chief Executive Mom, Raspberry Kids

On the web: http://www.raspberrykids.com
Read our blog: http://blog.raspberrykids.com
Tweet with us: http://www.twitter.com/raspberrykids
Become a fan: http://www.facebook.com/raspberrykids
More details: http://www.raspberrykids.telSue Sinclair, Raspberry Kidshttp://www.raspberrykids.comnoreply@blogger.com
